Hi all. I just wandered across this great group in a search for chair devils.
(Yup, a real tool, nothing smoky)

I lean to the galoot style of woodwork, and am slowly sliding into making my own tools, plane-end first.

I admit that I had to Google "chair devil" - I love that, even after all these years, I can still discover something new from time to time. Very cool!
