New Glock pocket leather holster

Hi all!
I had a couple of scraps of good leather and I wanted to try a new profile. Old holster is perfect when attached to a belt, this time I want to try a pocket holster, with no clip or passer-by.
I modified the height and put a collar to toughen the upper part of holster. New high design should allow a better draw of the glock from the first contact with grip.
I'm thinking also to put some python for decoration, but I'm not sure, what do you think about?

Hi all!
I had to speed up the holster work because the thieves tried to smash my door, with my dad at home at night.
I'm undecided on the finishing, if I use neatsfoot oil first I can't use glue and put some phyton insert, I don't want to use acetone dye because it's hard to reach good flat color with small brush...
I made also a belt pocket for the second magazine

This new design imho is really fast and easy to use compared to my first prototype
