Ok, that's a mandrel, but the de Laval nozzle is a wire-form? I would've bet all on being spun.

it could be a tube wall nozzle. cooled to prevent structural failure. in the 1950's and 1960's, long before before additive manufacture (3d printing by selective laser sintering).
