    I researched something similar and it could be:

    - High Reliability RFID Coil Antenna;
    - Flat Copper Wire Coil Stable Performance;
    - Flat Copper Wire Air Core Coil Inductor.

    If someone found something different, help to solve this mystery!

    Same as #8 . These grooves they're machining make me think it might not be a flange.
