After retiring I began making all types of fishing equipment: I make the tools mostly from scratch using Hand made tools I already owned. I've forged a blade for my carving knives. Anf built several Planing jigs for planing sections of bamboo for 6 sided and quadrate Bamboo rods. So far I have b "Pin It")

I started making vinyl trolling flies( as designed for the Great Lake fisheries) I have also carved several hundred Plugs for different species. I taught myself to Airbrush my finishes.
I Won't keep going - let's just say... I'm always looking to improve tackle designs.
Usually fish at least 120 days a year. This has not been an average year - haven't been in my shop, or fish for 11 months. Stir-Crazy now! My back is bad - and corrective Surgery scheduled for August 9.
