Somebody really wanted that grand in their apartment.
A friend of mine used to be as furniture hauler once told me the story of how his crew wrestled a grand from the 3rd floor of a man's house hauled it along with the rest of his furnishings halfway across the country, when they arrived the man told them I hope you didn't bring that triple expletive piano with you. My friend told him no we couldn't figure out how to get it out of your house.
Good I hated that thing from the moment my 1st wife found it in the house we bought, she never could play the damned thing worth a damn. Wife #2 thankfully doesn't play the piano. So my friend had his crew just leave it in the trailer then took it and sold it for nearly as much as he got paid for the household move.
