Not sure if he was thrown off or he had tried to grab the handlebar of the other rider's bike to make him wait for the pedestrians to cross and was dragged off.
It looked like the 3rd motorcycle rider thought about chasing the guy down but decided it was better to help the fallen rider instead.

Glad everyone's ok.
Looks like they were riding as a group. Should have stopped, but passed the car. First bike hit the back of the car and got partially thrown into his buddy (ie. riding too close). Guy who took off, probably did not want to/could afford to talk to the cops. He saw his buddy get up and knew he was OK.
