And don't extend your arms/hands to catch yourself!! That way leads to broken wrists, hands, arms!! Tuck & roll!!!

It looks like there is a slight depression in the road at the edge of the speed bump; he didn't shift his weight towards the rear as he went over the hump, and it's really low res but it appears his wheel bent or turned a little in that depression which set him up for that endo.

looks much more like he was taken by surprise by the hump, when his front wheel hit it it went over no trouble but he applied the brakes, because by then only his front wheel was on the ground it locked up.....whoops, over the top.

If a road surface contour can result in tossing a rider into the air when going too fast, might just as well have a shooter posted nearby to dispatch speeders. This eventuality parallels placing new roundabouts at old intersections without providing surface warnings for unsuspecting cycle riders.

I think you have it. Apparently, he should have slowed down, prior to hitting the bump, instead of after hitting it. But, it, also, looked like a speed dip and bump.

Instant karma... Signs, paint on the bump (albeit faded) and a bad choice to ignore those.
