    REALLY....for what purpose? I've been riding in west central Alberta for well over 50 years and haven't seen the need. We switch to tracks & skis!

    Take a look thru what's posted here https://harleydavidsonfactoryphotos.tumblr.com/ there are quite a few examples of riders dealing with snow in the old days, along with a whole bunch of other neat stuff.
    Makes one think that they were made of tougher stuff "back in the day"

    Yes, we were.......and I don't care how wide that tire is, motorcycles don't run 12" or 14" wheels, discounting the occasional SuperMoto on 16"s. Bikers have ridden 113 cu in, affectionately named 'Scoot' or 'Scooters' for a long time, decades.
    We wouldn't be seen (risking preservation on photo) on a scooter.
