This is an amazing addition to my shop. I use this more than my other two motorcycle lift tables.
Super high lift for easy access to the bottom of the engine.
Adjustable for any height.
I used about 8' of 10"x12# ibeam. I simply cut out for fork holes and welded a 2x2" front cross brace for stability on the ground as well as for tie down. There is also a 5/8 round rod that is welded to the front for a wheel stop. There are 3 wheels welded to the bottom to facilitate easy rolling around in the shop with a bike strapped down on the platform. I cut a large removable plate from the center for access to the oil pan and bottom side of the motorcycle.
I typically use a piece of plywood that I can rest across the forks of the forklift that acts as a bench for resting tools and parts.
