Hey guys,
What motor would you choose for the lathe? I use it when I need to make any parts. The lathe is not new and the motor in it is old too. Finally it stopped at all. What companies make quality motors now? I used the 3phase motor through the phase converter.
I would be grateful if you could help me to choose it.

It so uneasy to choose the right motor for my lathe. I read the characteristics on the nameplate and they coincide with the technical specs of this motor https://www.mrosupply.com/motors/ac-...vm3546_baldor/ I read in the internet about the manufacturing company. Though I still hesitate as for the quality. Who worked with these motors?
