Modular fixture system for multiple parts.

Here a a couple of videos showing my multi part holding fixtures that can be accurately joined together & quickly mounted on a magnetic chuck. Inserts can be changed for different shaped / size parts on the same fixture block.

    General overview & cutting demonstration.

Early torque test to check for sufficient & even clamping.

Some very nice and useful ideas. I liked having seen your 'well-groomed' vise jaws!
But can you disclose the clamping-with-one-screw enigma?
I have my doubts about your aluminum housing: Reminds me of the policy of a 'world company': "Every jig going into manufacturing must be at least case-hardened."

The clamp screw pushes one end of a lever down, the other end pushes a floating central cone upwards, the cone pushes 3 profiled "jaws" outwards that clamp the 3 parts. Having 3 jaws ensures even clamping as part diameters will vary. The double modules work the same with 2 jaws & have different size apertures. The aperture inserts & jaws can be changed over for different parts.

This prototype is based on joining several modules together holding different blanks to make a set of parts in one setup. Using a magnetic chuck with locating faces makes changing over very quick.
