    Fascinating stuff! Sometime ago, I visited the Craftsmanship Museum while they were having an exhibit of miniature firearms. It took a while to wipe all the drool off the display cases.

    If you're interested in the work that goes into making objects like these, George Britnell, a master model and engine builder, provided a detailed build thread of his work to build a miniature of a Mannlicher Schoenauer. It can be found here...

    I don't think that's the smallest gun ever like advertised. I have a friend that makes those tiny little pistols and rifles. He has a whole case of tiny guns he has made and a couple are smaller than that one.

    No, this is a local guy. One of my old customers when I was gunsmithing. He just likes to make miniatures I guess. He doesn't advertise that fact though or sell them.
