Mini Mill

Hi My name is Alvin. I just recently hand my mini mill break down. It is a Harbour Frieght mill. it started speeding up when milling and then quit. When checking things the speed control knob was messed up, so I have a new one coming but I have heard that it could be the board. Has any one had this happen to them? Also really like the gear program on this site.

Thanks for the info on the belt conversion, I have that also. It turned out it was the controller board that was the cause and I had to get a new one. I am going to try and see if I can get some one close to home to repair the old one. Thanks

I don't know what mini mill you have but I fitted this to mine it works out a lot cheaper and runs OK. If your in the states just get one that suitable for your power supply.
