    Mill Vise Tramming Blocks

I always overshoot the mark when tapping my milling vise into place. I found that by using fine thread adjusting screws from either side of the vise I can tram it in accurately and quickly, and I'm not wincing when whacking something my precious test indicators are touching.

There is no real load on the screws, so the anti rotation nubs on the bottom of each block can just be sized to your smallest T slots - or left off.
