    Mill/lathe

My lathe mill, made from a kit that is no longer available. Ways are 3/4" hydraulic cylinder rods set in grooves machined in heavy 6" square tubing. More work still needed on this machine but it is already very useful. Table and headstock bearing housing, hand wheels and tailstock are cast iron in homemade foundry by kit developer.

    Francis

I just found your email in an inactive email account. I will put some pictures together for you of the mill lathe if you wish. I have unexpectedly come to own 6 more complete kits. They are about 30 years old and have been well packed and stored. They belonged to a friend who was one of two partners in the venture.

Two years ago my friend moved from Edmonton, Alberta to Newfoundland, thousands of kilometers away to join his life partner and could not take all his shop stuff. Love will do that! So, I have 6 kits here in Manitoba, Canada in wooden boxes. I will likely keep one or two and sell the rest.

Where are you located in this big world?

    Regards Bob
