    Metal worker welder

I'm a welder with interests in metal fabrication. I'm always looking for custom tool ideas for my shop. Currently I'm looking for a. Affordable way to vent welding fumes from my 1200 sq ft shop . I also need ideas for plasma cutting jigs. Welding tables and fixtures, and a belt grinder for metal.(current belt sander lacks adequate speed for metal. Those are just a few of my current issues.

    About me:

I've been welding for 16 years and took welding classes for 5 years( night school)
I got two AWS certifications one for MIG and one for aluminum with TIG

Thanks for reading my introduction and have a great day!

    Hi Bnflette,

    Welcome!

The other guys beat me to a couple of excellent suggestions. Between them, you should be well on your way to a workable fume extraction solution.

Let's see some pics of your work!

    Ken
