    Are they that hard after being compressed? Amazing. I always thought they were super delicate before sintering. These look very robust.

    Remington Arms made some parts, like triggers, from powdered metal in the 60s.

    They have to be heat treated after this to harden them up. They can be really hard depending on the composition of the powdered metal.

    Most of your drills and impact guns are made with similar processes. Angle grinders. All kinds of tools actually.
