max bending of with 900mm x 6 mm thick sheet plate (sorry Working in Metrics offer here) I build it 10 years back from offcut material .teeth is Made uit of 16 mm Benox plate .only down side is the M20 8.8 bolts stretching after a copel of 6mm bends and need to be replaced .Thinking of building V2.0 :-)
