That is an early 2000s Toyota Camry. The engine in it weighs ~265 lbs/120 kg. Stripped of the manifolds, balancer, and most accessories, it's still over 200 lbs/90 kg. I hope this gentleman has a good chiropractor.

It's an alloy engine, so comparatively light weight, I changed Ford cast iron 'Kent' and 'Pinto' engines using a rope across my shoulders by standing up from a crouch whilst standing on the strut tops 40 years ago, not something I'd try now!

I could probably still pick up and move a long block, though accessory stripped 3L v6 Aluminum ford engine from the floor and sit it on a table, But I don't for a couple of reasons. First my knees would kill me for several days afterwards, 2 I have a hoist to do it for me.
