I'm 63 and have been a construction superintendent for 45 years. I've built everything from spec houses to multi-family high rise condos.
I have just about every tool for construction thats been made. The only thing I'm not any good at is tunnels. I've built a few b UT they always been clostiphobic so everyday was a challenge, but I pushed through and completed the projects. Now I'm retired due to a few heart attacks that keep me from working, but I do things on the side also. I can build anything and everything, of course I'll require some assistance.
