    Magnetic pencil holder...

Here's a nifty way to keep your carpenters pencil (driver bits, small screws, framing hammer, etc.) handy at all times. I use this every day on the job site.

Neat idea, But everything I wear in the shop has either a breast pocket or sleeve pencil pocket it really doesn't work for me.
However it is a great idea for screw bits and other small items that seem to get lodged in the far recesses of your pockets!
From the time you're born till' you ride in a hearse, there's nothing so bad it couldn't be worse!

Back in the days of film SLRs, I used a variation of this idea for my camera lens cap. Glue a magnet to the camera strap and glue a small steel washer to the front of the lens cap.

    A useful idea great thinking.

I hot glue or tape a peice of plumbers metal straping to pencils and stick them to various magnetic strips and things around the shop in a similar fashion
