    Machine tools online library

While posting a link of a pdf of Wayne Moore's "Foundations of mechanical accuracy" in another thread,
I realized that this audiophile company & lab (not to be confused with Pearl Mikes) had a treasure trove of pdf:s:
Books, brochures, Hardinge HLV, Monarch 10EEs manual scans and parts lists, a little like vintagemachinery.org has:

    https://pearl-hifi.com/06_Lit_Archiv...Machine_Tools/

    Enjoy!

    Bookmarked!

Which should remind me to get home to post pics and the serials of some of my machines. vintagemachinery.org has records not found elsewhere, especially defunct manufacturers.

I started to save the link in my favorites and... surprise! I already have a link to the parent directory . There are woodworking tools, electronics, audio, etc.

Regardless, thank you for the link.

Might as well share this link for good measure (pun intended)...

Pdf of "Testing machine tools" 7th ed 1966 - translation from Dr Georg Schlesinger's "Prüfbuch für Werkzeugmaschinen" 1st ed 1932,
    including 44 inspection charts...

Again....BOOKMARKED! Haven't read it yet, but examined its content table thoroughly. Such a variety of machine tool architecture, I found myself visualizing each one of the 70 sections, by a machine tool I've run or at least seen enough to be familiar. Some were difficult, maybe I got A- grade.
A little staggering; to think how much planning and engineering a single machine gets. More so, with a brands reputation on the line every time.
