That is very cool.

Like with all of the major issues facing the world, now as well as historically, there is not just one factor that creates the problems. It is a multitude of issues, some simple, some not so simple, but all of them interacting to create complex problems. Unfortunately, too many times, the attempted solutions to these problems are not well thought out, thus simply adding to the complexity.

Can you imagine if the US congress had been in charge of solving the Apollo 13 problem?

Being the port of Los Angeles/ Long Beach is one thing, international trade and all that. Right adjacent, to the south is COSCO; congress and Clinton had a fat hand in that. Recall the 1988 BRAC? Talk about selling out.
