Around here unless your a licensed locksmith carrying such a tool is consider criminal tools. I had a buddy who's father was a sheriff. My buddy learned how to pick locks and his dad told to never carry the tools on his person or in the car. because it could be construed as intent to commit a crime since he was not a licensed.

I always thought it would be nice to have these tool in my toolbox in the garage incase I ever need them in an emergency. I think this is the tools set I will buy.
