Does Snap-On make a cute step ladder to get tools out of the top drawers? I am 6-2 (used to be anyway) and I cannot see into the top of some of those boxes!!

Not exactly a ladder, but they do make a step stool. It even doubles as a seat and has internal storage! Totally worth it.

    That's a conservative estimate.

Probably. Back in te middle 1980s while working as a contractor at the Caterpillar rebuild place, I averaged spending $200.00 to 300.00 per week spread out between Snap-on, Mac, Cornwell, Matco, and a couple non franchised tool trucks. heavy equipment requires a lot of tools to work on it. At the same time it also consumes a lot of tools especially when working with others around who may only be there for a single day or two. I don't even have an estimate on how much I spent on the welding supply and the machinist supply guys that kept me going probably double the amount I spent on the tool trucks. The only good thing was I never owed any of them a single dime on credit. didn't use it still don't I don't even have a credit card.

    SNIP!
That made me start drooling. But my shop will never ever EVER look like that. I do have some Snap-on tools. Also Matco, and some other high end stuff. I spent 7 years working in an industrial laundry, and picking up the tools that fell out of our machines. Some folks need to be reminded to check their pockets before their uniforms go to the laundry. Not that I ever complained! And all the rest came from surplus and salvage sales.
