    Look carefully. The wheels on the mop bucket have been removed and the bucket is sitting on an electric skateboard. Notice how the bucket banks slightly into the turns; with wheels rigidly attached as in an unmodified bucket, banking wouldn't be possible.

    Aerodynamically, slight forward motion might be achieved without the skateboard, but I doubt it with his mass; the speed shown in the video would be impossible.
