I question whether or not it can even be built for the 560K.
One thing they better concentrate on is a parachute deployment system with large enough canopy and full deployment at altitudes as low as 25 to 30 feet to help slow the decent once it runs out of fuel
that alone may cost them 100s of K to develop something completely reliable and will catch a full envelope of air before decent is started

I've designed a flying motorcycle as well... (really)... I think it's time to finally build it.
