    Lathe milling spindle.

Used a clothes wash machine small motor and the spindle itself was engineered by me.

It runs at 1000rpm and has tapped bearings for stiffness. The engine wasn't so powerful (0,5cv) but couldn't find something small and powerfull at same time.

    See in action:

Have done myself all the drawings. If you need, let me know

    Cascao,

The lathe milling spindle is a great addition to your shop. The videos help show the tool's capabilities. I am curious as what type of 3D CAD software do you use?

    Thank you,

    Paul

Thanks for showing the whole process on both posts. What kind of plastic are you using for the derailleur gears?

Nice work! It looks like a simpler version of a VersaMil.
