    The front all the way to the top of the windscreen looks like any other "CAR" the back looks like a mini cargo van. Noting land rover in it
    Land rover had something when they pulled the radiator and grill forward in the defender series in the looks department nothing since they started trying to look like a car though

    Actually it's a car based van body from the Austin Maestro/Montego range, we had the FWD 2.0 Turbo Diesel van version, went well enough and handled surprisingly well too. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austin_Maestro Land-Rover were part of the British Leyland group at the time and parts bin sharing was pretty much par for the course, lights, door handles control switch gear etc .
