Was this an actual production camper or a one-off conversion? If these were actually "made" they would probably be worth a fortune at auction.

It seems there have been a number of conversions/kits over the years. Judging by the fitment of the windshield I would hazard that that is actually a manufactured conversion rather than a DIY.
