Don't know what brand that is, but I bought a similar one for a job I had to do a while ago, tried one cut and took it back. It did not really cut the vinyl, it was more like a tear with ragged edges, etc. You can see the ragged edges the one show leaves in the video.
Instead, I bought a new carbide blade for my miter saw. Already had one for the little antique table saw I got from my grandpa. They work perfect, only issue is more dust.
