    I was curious about the price as well... some google searching brought up that a used one in UK sold for $3900, and a used one in Germany sold for $3600. That is certainly cheaper than I thought it would be!
    Seems more common in Japan and China.
    For the right construction company, this would save a lot of effort and mess.
