Made new tool for cutting keyways. This one is used with locked carriage and it is much easier to cut keyways this way than by moving carriage back and forth.
Nothing wrong with that except unnecessary wear of prismatic ways and gears inside apron.

spur gear M1.5, 23 teeth (wrongly delivered)
short piece of geared rack M1.5 - 15 x 15 mm
2 bearings 6201 2Z
st. steel flat bar 20 x 12 mm
piece of scraped mild steel plate, 10 mm thickness
M6 allen bolts
greasing nipple
plastic ball
