How is the cutter used? Pushing or pulling the tool bit through the bore? Where do I find Isimura? On this site or where?

I think that capainleeward is referring to Ishimura's Keyway Slotter tool.

His original post, containing building instructions, can be found here: SLOTTER

Nicely machined keyway cutter capainleeward. This would be perfect for soft metals.
