Brand new supporting member but I can't access anything. All I get is 404 not found and messages saying I'm not authorized. Yes, I clicked on the link in the email that was sent to me. Very frustrating.

I'm seeing that you also have a btrude32 username with the same email. Try logging in as that one, and it should work for you. Let me know if you need a password reset.
