    what do they use jelly fish for?
    i mean, the "no bones" certainly has some appeal, but it's not like they have a lot of meat on them either...

    Thanks Frank, I suspected it was an asian food (they eat a lot of things there I just don't contemplate in my corner of the world), but part of me wondered if it was for something else.
    Reading the description of the process isn't filling me with a desire to try it - my brain is putting it in the same category of dehydrated lettuce. thanks for the info though.
