Hello, I have enjoyed seeing many of your creations on this site over the last
couple of years and decided it was time to "sign up" and contribute some of my own

I am a long-time wood worker hobbiest and tinkerer. More recently, I am
getting my feet wet with aluminum casting with green sand molds. (i.e. by the
books published by the late great Dave Gingery)

My professional work has been in the area of low power electronics design and embedded programming.
I am currently unemployed and live with my wife in South Carolina.

Welcome - glad to have you aboard! We'll get your projects added to the database directly. You're in good company here and will find many guys with similar interests. Take a look at our Gingery projects; there's bound to be some useful info there for you.

When you're ready to share some of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them. Please post them directly in the Homemade Tools, subforum. We'll add each one to the database, as well as to your builder page on the site.

Non-tool items should be shared in the Not a Tool, but Homemade subforum.
