Introduction to the forum

Hi everybody. I live in Mikado, MI and just joined the forum! My main interests are in woodworking in general. I'm like a sponge right now. Soaking up ALL the knowledge I can. I hope to learn a lot on this site about homemade woodworking tools as well as anything else related to woodworking. Thanks!

Mostly I am looking for woodworking jigs but I am also interested in homemade CNC machines for woodworking. Having said that, I am more than willing to look at any plans that deal with woodworking machinery. Honestly though I didn't realize that most plans on this forum are for sale. I thought most of them were free so that everyone could share in the knowledge without any cost. None the less, I like the forum! Thanks Jon!!!

I hear ya; I'd prefer it if everything here were free too, but our goal is to replace all advertising on the site with our members' own plans. Keep in mind that our "For Sale" plans market also includes some free plans.
