Introduction from bill

I am new to wood working. Dad did a great job ensuring that I could handle myself around tools, and diagnose issues. I went into mechanical engineering, and have been and engineer for relatively small companies since 1993. I am not much of a corporate kind of guy, preferring the hands on type of engineering that comes with smaller companies. I have been working with my son in the garage and felt that a panel saw would be a good project, and even a better tool. I saw several on this website, and figured why not make our own. The people on this site seem so helpful, and positive in their work ethic, and comments. It is a pleasure to be a part of this organization. Thank you.
