    Intro

    Hi Guys and Girls,

Just a quick post to introduce myself, I've been trolling on this site for about 3 years finally thought it was time I actually joined.

First of all I'm well retired (73 years old) I've been everything from Mr Fixit to motor mechanic, welder, plumber, builder, grass cutter, built audio amplifiers and spent 50 odd years play bass guitar,....and lots more, if somebody wanted something done and was prepared to pay, I've had a lash at it. That sounds like a lot of hooter tooting, but it's not intended that way, it's just how it's been.

I'm still kickin', so homemade tools is an interesting site for me, I hope to spend a lot more time here in the future, but not trolling anymore.

    Regards,

    Rob.

    Hi Jon,
Years ago my father in law, when he retired, said to me that he didn't know how he ever found time to go to work, and I must confess to thinking "you silly old fart, you've lost the plot". Well now I have to eat those thoughts because I don't know how I ever found time to go to work.

What's the next project? I've recently moved house, so, I'm in the process of turning the garage into an office, I would like to get this place off of the grid, so wind generators are high on the priority list. set up above ground veg garden, build a chook run, and this is without considering the things that my wife might want done.

Don't have time to go to work!!

    Regards,

    Rob.
