I got the message that I needed to post an intro so here it is. I have a small machine/mechanical repair shop in the MD/VA/WV area. I have seen some very interesting ideas on this page. Thank you to all who have shared their knowledge and experience with these builds.

Ha! Thanks, I'll pass. I've shoveled all the snow I ever intend to shovel. You do have my sympathies, though.
Post a few pics of the lathe restoration when you have a chance - lots of us would enjoy following along…
