Index Plate Handle Modification Grizzly G1049 Rotary Table.

First I want to thank Mike Zam at youtube for his modification which is similar to mine but not the same.

The reason for this modification is, that it is very hard to pull the spring loaded handle
while turning the handle .
Using a small piece of sheet metal with a hole drilled in one end and bent twice at the proper
length and making the modifications I did you can rotate the handle without having to
maintain a pulling force on the handle.

Also note that I used a parting tool to create a slot on the handle for the sheet metal end to ride in. I also filed a flat in the handle for the bolt to tighten against.
