Now, that's funny. I thought I was the only one to use a jug like that for emergency fueling. I've had to buy cheap distilled water on more occasions than I care to admit just so that I could use the jug to purchase gas (much, much cheaper than buying a fuel container).
In this picture, though, that is the most clear looking fuel I have ever seen. Straight alcohol?

It’s dangerous to store gasoline or diesel fuel in containers that are not designed to carry fuel. In most developed countries it would be illegal to store fuel in a water jug. Using a bottle or jug cut this way is common practice where I live. Particularly useful on flat deck utes where the fuel filling entry is under the tray.
