I have many ways to bend a piece of sheet metal. Often, it goes into my vise, and I hit it with a rubber mallet. Good enough. But when I need to make more than one bend, why didn't my homemade brake ever come to mind? The answer, which was a long time coming, was that it was not useful. Once I realized this fact, I modified the brake until it was a tool I wanted to use. Here is what I did.
