Which icon or heading is used to post a picture of new tools on this website.

I have looked through all icons and subheadings and i still cant fond where or how to post pics of "tools"????? I must be thick.:o

At the top of the reply window is a line of icons. The forth one from the right is one that says "insert image" when you mouse over it... That's the one you want. You should be able to load from your computer or an online hosting site.
