I havent been able to upload any photos

I haven't been able to upload any photos for my first post. I tried earlier today to up load some photos for my first post. The message I get is (file upload failed).

The smallest one was for my profile picture which was 100 x 98 pixels with a size of 27.1 Kb.

(I have now been able to up load this one as my Avatar)

I now have some photos up loaded, just had to make some adjustments and resize them a lot smaller.
