One of my hydraulic jacks it had oil leaking, probably from a damaged gasket.
So I decided to open it and try to repair it.
As I had guessed one of the two gaskets it was broken.
After some phone calls in the market I couldn't found any gaskets at the desirable sizing so I decided to make them myself.
I had a suitable piece of gasket paper (Oil Resistant Jointing at 1.2mm thick) somewhere, so I searched and find it.
I cut a strip and using one from the olds as a model I designed three gaskets.
I used the first one as demo model to trying my scissors to find the most suitable for this cutting job.
The brand name (of gasket paper) has removed from photo.
