Hydraulic diverter valve mounting plate.

Hi All
After fitting the thumb grab to my mini digger there was no option to add additional hydraulic attachments to the auxiliary lines. I have decided to build a tilting grading beam so will need to link the hydraulics to the beam’s cylinder. To achieve this a couple of diverter valves are need to be fitted in place of the isolation valves currently fitted to create additional lines.

To fit the diverter valves a mounting plate was needed to clamp the valves to the digger.

New hydraulic fittings were also purchased.

The photos below show the valves and mounting plates.

Both valves are fitted directly to the thumb grab and the other output of the valves is fitted with a quick release couplings. This creates the additional auxiliary output lines, so the thumb can be isolated and the tilting beam fitted without the need to disconnect the thumb’s plumbing.
