    Talking Howdy, Y'all!

Hi! my name is Joe Juarez. I am often having to come up with some form of jig or tool to simplify an assembly project, or to produce parts to an assembly. I believe in using the Brain Storming method to find solutions to new and old problems. My dad (an Aerospace Electronics Engineer) taught me about math and electricity. But, to his dismay, I wanted to be a farmer (No farms, no food!).
I prefer 'Do It Yourself' projects because you can learn something new almost every time, and you get to more closely fit the project to your personal needs.
I am a retired ISA Certified Arborist and am now living in Show Low, AZ.
Our oldest daughter and her husband own a farm in nearby, Snow Flake. It is essential that they become power independent ASAP. They have a good steady prevailing wind out there, so I'm thinking about helping them build an axial flux alternator.
Which brings me here. I may have an answer to the problem of switching from a Star circuit to a delta circuit with the use of centrifical ,and/or centrepidal force.
Hopefully, soon, I will build a proto type. Until later, Yu-ta-hay!

    Hi Joe,

    Welcome!

Lots of interesting possibilities for power independence. Have you seen this Axial Wind Turbine?

Post a note in the Help Me Build subforum and you're sure to get some suggestions.

Hi Joe, welcome to the forums! That axial flux alternator looks like an interesting project.
